Referral Program
We’re launching the new QuitNow Referral Portal designed to make the referral process easier, faster, and more secure for you and your clients who are seeking support to quit or reduce tobacco and nicotine.

If you are a registered provider with QuitNow, please click on “Forgot password?” You will receive a link in your registered email to create a new password.
Please note:
- Fax referrals will continue to be accepted during this transition period, but online referrals are now preferred to ensure faster, more accurate care.
- For BC Cancer providers: The portal currently supports referrals only for patients with an MRN. For clients without an MRN (e.g., Kelowna), fax remains the process for now.
