I quit for me

Do you want to learn the best ways to quit, tailored to you and your goals?
I quit for me is a program developed by Health Canada with the help of teens, organizations and researchers. The program takes place over 5 weeks, with one 45-minute session per week.
Sessions will go over the health risks of nicotine use for your mind and body, proven quit methods, building your quit plan, dealing with stress without vaping or smoking, and staying quit long-term. Sessions will take place online over Zoom with skilled facilitators from QuitNow. Our goal is not to preach at you to quit but to equip you with the tools and skills you need to quit or cut down on vaping or smoking at your own pace.
We encourage you to attend every session. For those who attend all 5 sessions, you’ll be eligible for a certificate of completion. Sessions will occur in February and March on Tuesday evenings at 7pm over Zoom (dates: 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24, 3/3).
